Booking Agreement 

By submitting a deposit or payment, you are agreeing to the terms outlined below. These terms are designed to keep your travel experience smooth, clear, and stress-free from start to finish

Payments & Deposits 

• All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable unless otherwise stated 

• Full payment must be made by the final payment due date provided at booking 

• Payment plans are available for most trips and must be followed as agreed 

• Late payments may result in cancellation of your booking and loss of funds 

Pricing & Availability 

• All pricing is subject to change until your trip is secured with a deposit

• Prices are based on availability at the time of booking 

• Traveling Temptationz is not responsible for price increases due to supplier changes, fuel surcharges, or availability shifts 

Cancellations & Refunds 

• All cancellations must be submitted in writing

• Refunds are subject to supplier policies (hotels, airlines, tour operators, etc.) 

• Deposits are non-refundable

• Additional cancellation fees may apply depending on the supplier

• No refunds will be issued for no-shows or unused portions of travel 

Travel Insurance (Strongly Recommended) 

Travel insurance is highly recommended to protect your investment. 

Coverage may include: 

• Trip cancellations 

• Medical emergencies 

• Travel delays

• Lost or delayed baggage

Traveling without insurance means you are accepting full financial responsibility for any unexpected changes. 

Flights & Transportation

• Flight prices are not guaranteed until ticketed 

• Airlines may change schedules, routes, or pricing at any time

• Traveling Temptationz is not responsible for airline delays, cancellations, or missed connections 

Hotels & Suppliers

Traveling Temptationz works with third-party suppliers (hotels, resorts, tour operators, transportation providers). 

• We are not responsible for changes, errors, or service issues caused by suppliers

• Any concerns during travel should be addressed directly with the supplier when possible, and I will assist as your advocate  

Traveler Responsibility 

It is your responsibility to:

• Ensure your passport is valid (typically 6 months beyond travel dates)

• Meet all entry requirements (visas, testing, vaccinations if applicable)

• Provide correct traveler information (names must match ID/passport exactly) Name corrections may result in additional fees. 

Changes to Bookings

• Changes requested after booking may incur fees 

• All changes are subject to supplier approval and availability 

• Price differences may apply 

Travel Support 

When you book with Traveling Temptationz, you receive:

Support before your trip

Assistance during travel (when needed)

Help navigating unexpected issues I’m your advocate—but some resolutions depend on supplier policies.

Professional Services 

Traveling Temptationz provides professional travel planning services, including: 

• Research and curated travel options

• Booking management 

• Payment coordination

• Travel guidance and support

All services rendered are based on time, expertise, and industry knowledge. 

Liability Disclaimer 

Traveling Temptationz acts as an independent travel advisor and is not liable for:

• Injuries, damages, or losses during travel 

• Supplier defaults or service interruptions 

• Acts of nature, government restrictions, or unforeseen events 

Chargeback & Payment Disputes 

By submitting payment, you agree not to initiate a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or credit card provider for any services rendered by Traveling Temptationz. You acknowledge that: 

• All payments are made toward travel services, planning, and supplier bookings that may be non-refundable 

• You have reviewed and agreed to all terms, pricing, and supplier policies prior to submitting payment

• Traveling Temptationz acts as an agent on your behalf to secure travel arrangements with third-party suppliers

If you have any concerns regarding your booking, you agree to contact Traveling Temptationz directly so we can work toward a resolution

Unauthorized chargebacks or disputes for valid charges may result in:

• Cancellation of current and future bookings 

• Denial of future services 

• Collection efforts for any outstanding balances
